Vinification:

Cold maceration in steel tanks with subsequent decanting of the mash and alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature. Ageing on the fine lees for 5 months.

Tasting notes from our winemaker:

Brilliant antique pink with ruby red reflexes. In the nose notes of red wild berries, cherry and roses. Silky, elegant on the palate with a delicate, lively acidity and a nice, moderate finish.
