10-15 years

Vinification:

Cold maceration for 12 hours in the press. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the fine lees for 5 months.

Tasting notes from our winemaker:

The colour is vivid straw yellow with green reflexes. The flowery aromas remind of roses, nutmeg and citrus fruits. Fresh and elegant on the palate with a long finish.
