light, permeable morainic, porous weathered, high gravel content on the hillside, sandy in the valley
10 - 15 years
After a cold maceration for 12 hours the temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks takes place. The wine ages on the fine lees for 6 months.
The colour is a vivid straw yellow with a green shimmer. The bouquet reminds of flowers, roses, mint and lemon balm. Harmonious, fresh, soft and spicy on the palate, persistent.

Store bottles lying down, in a dark place at a maximum temperature of 15°C.
Humidity: ideally between 50–70%.
Odour-free cellar, as foreign odours can affect the wine.
