Vinification:

The vinification occurs in special tanks for about 10 days with mash agitation, followed by the malolactic conversion. The wine ageing takes place in new and used barriques, as well as small oak barrels.

Tasting notes from our winemaker:

Shiny dark ruby red, fruity nose of wild berries, vanilla and coffee, noticeable tannins, soft, persistent finish.

Wine storage:

Store bottles lying down, in a dark place at a maximum temperature of 15°C.
Humidity: ideally between 50–70%.
Odour-free cellar, as foreign odours can affect the wine.
