Vinification:

Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation and mash agitation for about 10 days. Malolactic conversion and ageing in used barriques and small oak casks.

Tasting notes from our winemaker:

The colour is a brilliant, dark ruby red. The bouquet reminds of raspberries, wild cherries and black currant, delicate, elegant and complex on the palate; fine harmonious finish.
