The Valle Venosta is the newest and smallest closed wine-growing area in South Tyrol with protected place of origin status. Extremely harmonious and multifaceted grapes are grown at 600 metres above sea level in this alpine landscape. The Valle Venosta Kerner is a delicate mountain wine that appeals thanks to its fruitiness and finesse.

Vinification:

The alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature after a cold maceration time of 12 hours. The followed ageing on the fine lees takes 6 months.

Tasting notes from our winemaker:

The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflexes. The bouquet is delicate with notes of peaches and nutmeg. Racy, full and strong on the palate, persistent.
