A.A. Sauvignon Blanc "Graf"
An old French grape variety that is celebrating a renaissance. Only introduced to South Tyrol at the end of the 19th century, today it covers large areas of the east and west-facing slopes along the Val d'Adige Valley. After the cold maceration for 12 hours the temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks takes place. The wine ages on the fine lees for 5 months in steel tanks and in large wooden casks.
The colour is greenish yellow. The bouquet reminds of vanilla, herbs, elder and goose berries. Full, strong, harmonious and elegant on the palate with a fresh fruit acidity and a persistent finish.
