After cold maceration with mash movement for 5 days, alcoholic fermentation takes place for approx. 10 days under controlled temperature in steel barrels. Following biological acid reduction, the Pinot Noir matures for 16 months in the cellar in new and used 300-litre tonneaux barrels.
Lively ruby red colour. Elegant bouquet, fresh fruit, wild berries such as raspberries, wild cherries and plum jam. Well-structured, tasty flavour, leaving an elegant and lingering aftertaste on the palate.

Store bottles lying down, in a dark place at a maximum temperature of 15°C.
