Vinification:

Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in small stainless steel barrels followed by malolactic fermentation. It then matures on the fine lees in steel barrels until bottling.

Tasting notes from our wine maker:

This wine is a bright ruby red colour. The bouquet is reminiscent of violets and almonds, with an elegant, soft and fresh flavour and fruity acidity.
