The Chardonnay grape is at home all over the world. The Merano region also provides this renowned white grape variety with excellent conditions in which to flourish and when grapes from a range of different altitudes are blended, it unfolds its own unique variety of aromas.

Vinification:

Cold maceration in the press. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. No malolactic conversion and ageing on the fine lees for 5 months.

Tasting notes from our winemaker:

This Chardonnay has a vivid straw yellow colour with green reflexes. The bouquet reminds of exotic fruits like bananas, pineapples and mature apples. Harmonious, fresh and very elegant on the palate, persistent in the finish.
