We never stop. More produce from our cellar master is slumbering in our cellar rooms. Now people are sitting up and taking notice of our first sparkling wine, the “Brut Riserva DOC 36” (Trentasei). First created by our cellar master, Stefan Kapfinger, in 2015, this sparkling wine has been produced and matured for 36 months by the complex and time-consuming bottle fermentation method (metodo classico).

Now it’s your turn: treat yourself to the delicate perlage and enjoy a glass of our “Brut Riserva DOC 36” sparkling wine.
