Vinification:
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, followed by a partial malolactic conversion. The wine ages for 5 months on the fine lees before filling.

Brilliant greenish yellow, decent, fresh scent of green apples and citrus fruits, rich and well-balanced on the palate with a vivid acidity.
