Vernatsch: mentioned for the first time in writing in South Tyrol in the 16th century. A light, very drinkable wine with an individual character depending on its location: tangy and fine in Merano, fruity and bright in the Vinschgau. Recommended with starters, particularly speck, sausage specialities, cheese, traditional fare, veal. Serving temperature: 12-14°C.

Blauburgunder: intensive scents of red and dark berries, spices, violets. Recommended with game, game birds, milk-fed lamb, rabbit, roasts, hard cheese. Serving temperature: 14-16°C
